"Danny is conscientious and proficient. Despite covid and lockdown he continues to be punctual in his weekly check of our alarm system (with mask and wipes).
In August 2019 we had a fire at Dennis Hall. Danny was on site within minutes of the arrival of the fire brigade. He helped decode the information provided by the alarm box. The source of the smoke wasn't obvious - being on the roof.
He came back later in the evening to check there were no smouldering embers, erected a temporary cover over the hole and then returned the following day to make the temporary cover secure until we could organise a roof repair through our insurance.
He has also managed to get our problematic AOV working correctly.
